I could've sworn I answered your question last night :) I can "SEE" all this as if in a dream, I know exactly how I'm gonna answer your very difficult question,and I already can "SEE" that it is obviously the "Best Answer" you've gotten thus far. :P So.....EYE guess sight elicits feelings of deja vu for me the best.~~~

sight & sound...
Rarely smells... & I don't think touch or taste has ever given me the feeling of déjà vu...
But I do get that feeling of déjà vu a lot!! Is that good or bad?? :~)

ooh good question! It's a tie between sound and smell. You know like when you listen to a song or when you smell a perfume that reminds you of someone.
