why the action of help other people, cause that you feel fine?

Hello Dianis, what country are you from? Yes we should help other people more,even the little things can mean a lot and its nice to know you,ve helped someone..............

How can helping other people, help you ?
1) There is a belief that the Universe is in balance.
This is expressed as 'what you give is what you get' or 'what goes around comes around'
2) Many Religions have instructions such as "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" (or else God will punish you :-) )
3) Altruistic behaviour (helping others without expectation of reward) is believe to be the basis of our civilisation .. i.e. helping one another is how we came to dominate the planet.
4) Finally there is the 'Quid Pro Quo' argument - do some-one a favour and they will 'owe' you one back ...
All this leads to the expectation that, if you help others, they will (one day) help you.

how can helping other people can help YOU? Simple.
When i am helping you by answering your question, you will get an answer.
When next time someone ask me the same question, i will be improved by coming up with a quicker response to the question.
Helping others can improve your own skills in many ways.

Because you see that you're not alone, everybody has problems and finding their solution inspire you to do the same with yours and makes you feel better. Like you made a difference.

when you help other people you often end up helping yourself because whilst you are helping them you are not dwelling on your on problems. It makes you feel worthwhile as there is someone who appreciates you and can benefit from your help.
