I play with my hair i take my two fingers and twirl my hair around them.Does that make me a flirt because i do it in my car when I'm driving and at home by myself and around people so what does that say about me. I think you could be over reacting just a little.

NO, it doesn't mean anything until you have concrete evidents that she's flirting with your man. If she makes contact such as making phone call, knocking at your door asking for him, and touching him, then you can call flirting. I am a married woman, and I play with my hair when I have nothing to do. so, don't assume anything until you have proof or else you will create chaos between neighbors.

you have to give a situation for us to know what you are talking about. SHe could just be nervous but yes also flirting. What else is she doing while the hair thing is going on. Does she seem pushy?

Hello madam, why do you worry about your neighbour? She's playing with her hair and not your bf's. Keep an eye on your "long time boyfriend" and make sure he's not "playing" behind your back. And you should worry more about that.
