I know SOMEONE knows, um..does anyone know a spell to help or make someone else change a decision they made or going to make something like that? please help me..a simple spell that a Teen-baby witch can perform. thanks

What witch are ?? this is not proper nor condoned by any moral aspect of the Craft. a Decision is an act of free will and you now wish to impart your will on another...
I refer you to the Wiccan rede for some enlightenment around this subject...
Just remember "Do what thou wilt and it harm none"
You need to realize your own place in this vibrational level of existence then you'll start noticing that there is so much more that can be done without impacting your will on another.
Be careful what you wish to do as you will carry full responsibility for you choices and actions.

There is one thing that everyone needs to remember. Not all witches are Wiccan. I am not Wiccan. I do not live my life by the Rede. I think it is a nice poem...well written...but it is not a law in my eyes. Also, another thing to remember is not everyone believes in the Law of Three or Three-Fold Return. I do, however, have a code of ethics. I do not go around looking to hex every person I meet. Please do not assume that everyone who posts a question or answers one on Y/A is Wiccan.

You cannot change a man's (or woman's) heart by spell, or by words alone. One must change their decisions on their own terms, otherwise you will bring badness upon yourself. Trust me. Old love spells only work when the other party sees the spell and agrees to it. It's more of a binding agreement.

How about just accepting that each person can make up their own mind and living with the decision instead of trying to manipulate someone to do what you want?

Why not just try suggesting to this person that they have made the wrong decision. If they listen then all is well, if they don't, well, then that is their prerogative.
