Angus is a breed/type of cow--like poodle is a type/breed of dog. :-)
If you ever drive in the country and see all black cows--usually those are Angus.
It's also a really top grade (quality) of meat to eat! From what I've heard, Japan imports only Angus because of the tenderness.

There is NO guarantee that a Jack Russell x Poodle will not cause allergies. That's just an excuse for irresponsible breeding. There are plenty of breeds - including the purebred Poodle which have a very low risk of causing allergies.

black angus is a breed of cattle, like herefords, or holsteins. if you mean anus, that would be under the tail.
