good question. No it does not especially when it does not belong to a vehicle the privileged ride in. The underprivileged wheels do tend to squeak and squeal because of the amount of weight and many have often been known to loose a few bearings along the way. and one day that whole contraption is just going to decay.

dont forget that to grease the wheel, it first has to be removed,,,,,,,,or replaced
