We see women do this a lot, but there are men that do it and do it well, being that men have different kids of organizational skills than women, I just want to hear form some and how they do it and stay sane.

The most important job of a mom or dad is to take care of their children. I don't think it matters who. I am a Mom, so not the answerer you wanted, but I think your children will be proud to know that Dad helped raise them. Some fathers see their kids for an hour a day at the most. There are so many things that a man can teach his kids.

I work full time outside of the house and my husband stays home with the newborn. He works evening hours and does not want the baby in daycare until he is at least 6 months so this is what we have to do.

My husband is great. The laundry does not get done, dinner is not done, the house work is behind schedule and the t.v is on fire from being on all day.

But my son is well loved, always very clean, bottles are always made, never has missed an appointment and never had a diaper rash.

Now I am not calling him a slob but our son is only two months old and that takes alot of any persons time. I just want to thank my husband for his hard work and all men who do it on a daily good luck.

By way of using a schedule to allow maximum timing in all that we do.When I did it,I made a schedule for everything that I would do and kept it the same everyday. For example,on Monday I would do laundry during the twins naptimes, and Tuesday,I would sweep and mop the floors.Wednesday,I would clean both bathrooms, and change all bed linens.and so on.

I dont feel that men/dads are as finicky as women. That could be one reason.

I don't think their organizational skills are that different. It all depends on their upbringing.
