Only recently have been thinking about it's importance. I even began sleeping on my side with a pillow between my legs to align the spine better. I'm 27...so, theirs still time to make a difference...it's never too early to take care of ones body.

No, my posture sucks. People are often surprised at how tall I am when I stand up straight.

I try to keep my spine in line but it is what it is.

Stand up straight!

Don't make me get rough with you!

I know a chiropracter and she likes to hear things crack.

That is how you keep your spine in line.

I have to correct myself often, because I walk with my shoulders downward. I never realized it until someone mentioned it to me...but I try to walk with them back...

no not particularly... im trying ot improve it, but it's comfortable where it's at.... it's just sort of a nagging thing that i know shoudl be improved.
