I have 2, both from different StarWars movies:

1) Empire Strikes back: The "I am your father!" scene,
2) Episode I Phantom Menace, Just before the final battle when the Queen, The Jedi, Anikan et c. break into the castle, and as they prepare to head for the throne room, the doors open, and there stands Darth Maul, waiting...
(I've watched that one scene over & over at times!)

: )

Right now it's the scene in "The 40-year old Virgin" where Paul Rudd and Seth Rogan are telling each other "You know how I know you're gay" and saying all kinds of crazy things. It's hilarious. If you haven't seen it, go to youtube, I'm sure it's on there.

After that, the scenes in "Chasing Amy" where Jason Lee and Joey Lauren Adams are comparing scars and when Hooper X flips out screaming about "Black Rage". Funny as hell classics.

Movie Vanilla Sky, its stars Tom cruise(it was before he became a scientologist). Any ways in order to wake from his lucid dream he had to face his biggest fear and jump off a building. As he jumps time slows down and right before his eyes his whole life flashes. The music is what really made the scene amazing.

In Love Actually when Liam Neeson and his son talk of love after the christmas concert and the boy decides to tell the girl he loves her. She is leaving for the airport that night and he misses her just as she is getting into the car. The father drives his son to the airport and encourages him to catch up with the girl and tell her how he feels. The boy takes a deep breath and runs through the security and through the airport with the security guards chasing him. He gets to the girl just as she is boarding to say good bye and she is happy to see him. The guards take him back through security and he is all happy and grinning and then the girl comes out after him and gives him a kiss good-bye.
I love it because the father and son had been through so much and here they were even after that adversity believing in love and fighting for it. It is so sweet and you find yourself rooting for the little boy as he is running.

Fifty bucks grandpa! For seventy-five, the wife can watch!

Pretty Woman, Kit in the elevator at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel on her way up to Vivan's room.

I love the shock value of the scene. Something I would say to someone if they stare at me!
