I quit colorguard.. Did I do the right thing?

Question

I was in the hospital for 2 weeks because of my epilepsy and I missed 3 colorguard practices. My coach was being a total ***** about it. She was saying "Why didn't you practice?" and "YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS STUFF!" and sarcastically i said back "oh sorry i was busy being sick in the hospital i didn't have time to practice." and then i quit. She was frustrating me so much. Do you think this was a good reason to quit? and should i have stayed on the team?

If you wanted to stay on the team, it might have been a good idea to ask the coach if you could have a word with her, privately. You don't mention whether she knew what was going on with you. or not. If she did know and was still being mean, I would have quit too.

well I'm on colorguard in my school and ur coach shouldn't have been like (i should know i get sick due my illness).Yea I think so but it whatever u want to do it's ur choice

edit:I love colorguard all thought there is a lot of bull **** during the year.I love it to death it depends on how much u love it and want.if u love it enough then go back but if ur heart wasn't in it the first place then don't go back

ohh well honestly i LOVED colorguard. then my daddy made me quit cause my grades were droppin. but i wished the whole year that i was still one there. && i could have done it this year but i didnt want my grades to drop again. but i unno it depends on how much u love it && want to do it. i loved it && it was super sad that i had to quit but hey life went on. lol
