i tried squeezing around my nipple and their were small bumps but only clear gooze came out. Then I tried squeezing the actual nipple its self and nothing came out. Can someone tell me what is going on? O ya and the next day my breast on the left side started to hurt and thats where the yellow puss was found in my bra on the left side not the right. Please help me understand what might be going on.

sounds like the clear gooze dried up.
doesn't sound bad to me.
the little bumps around your nipples are to keep your nipples from drying out during breast feeding.

have you had a mammogram? suggest you check with your doctor, anytime something comes out of the breast it is not a good sign.
