depends on your flow
heavy -every 2, 3 hours
medium - 4ish hours
light - 6, 7 or less
or check it whenever you go to the bathroom
if its too much blood in the pad already, then change it

You have to see how much you bleed. Some days are light and you do not have to change at all. Some days you may have to change every three or four hours. Just go to the restroom to see how you body acts.

You need to change it AT LEAST every 4 hours or more often if your flow is heavy.

spend on wat u need not want.. plus u should save it because when u need something down on the road u have money save up that u can pull out instade of askin ur parnets
