Just because Tony Soprano is off the air now, doesn't mean all the people who still owe him money can get into Jersey now...

Your checks should have been paid off by now, one way or another.

Just pay them off. It's pretty lame to avoid moving to a state you want to move to because of a bad check you wrote years ago. I'm not saying find the people, but if they approach you then settle the debt and you'll be good to go.

Depends upon the amount of the check. Depends on whether or not you were indited or not. If you were indited, the statute has not started running yet and in addition you will be charged will fleeing to avoid prosecution, unlawful evasion, etc. Have you considered paying the people you stole from?

Depends on the statutes of limitations. It's usually 5 or 7 years fro such crimes, depending on your state

Sounds like you stiffed people in PA and NY, so I suggest you don't move there! And, sounds like "The Garden State" (NJ) would be your refuge. Or, maybe I misunderstood your question?????

If you have taken care of these debts, then there should be no issue with moving back. If not, take care of them anyway.
