i assumed that my bike has tubeless tires b-cuz of the metal valve stems,so i bought a tubeless tire repair kit,however, i am now not too sure if they are tubeless........

If they are tubeless it will say so somewhere on the sidewall.

2007 Honda VT750DCA - inner tube wheels.
Spoke wheels - tube type
Mag wheels - tubeless
Metal valve stem - tube
Rubber valve stem - tubeless

usually valve stems are metal, and for some reason motorbikes have 2 valve stem looking things, one is a real valve stem and not sure what the other one is. I would say that it has a TUBE.

If you've got spokes, you have tubes. Simple as that.

On the tyres themselves, they should have it written on the wall of the tyre
