I am guessing from your series of questions you are interested in a business of rebuilding injectors. There are dozens of different manufacturers and they all are of different design, have different specifications, and require different types of tools. Perhaps you can focus on one make, take some schooling and branch out from there. You can buy tools, kits and parts from the engine dealer. You may change your mind by the time you price a clean room, the equipment, tools and supplies you need. But, if not, good luck and more power to you.

A diesel wont positioned out that form of ability except its quite new. i like the previous 6.2 chevy engine, even though it has in basic terms approximately no ability, even though it sounds candy while immediately piped and blows a great number of smoke. So its quite obnoxious, that's what i like. Any non rapid diesel is going to make decrease than 250 hp. probably plenty much less. yet after some theory, in case you are able to discover the money for it i might bypass with a 12v cummins out of a circumvent. that is your terrific wager for making ability the cheap way.

If you consider the cost and hassle of rebuilding them yourself, its wiser to buy a quality set of remned injectors and turn yours in for the core charge.

you need special equipment to calibrate injector pop, it requires a high pressure calibration tool, and a machine to test spray patterns, take them into a fuel injection specialist that does diesel injectors
