I didn't tell this George Bush person any such thing. He got that from his master Satan.
I distrust those people who know so well what God wants them to do because I notice it always coincides with their own desires. ~ Susan B. Anthony

It's incredibly unsettling. Not only for atheists and agnostics, but for people of all other religions practiced in the US.
You can say God speaks to you in prayer and for those who claim He does, what does His voice sound like? Or is it just your own voice telling you what to do and what to do in this situation to make it the best decision for yourself?
Bush is a businessman. And whatever decision he comes across that will continue to keep him making money, regardless of how many people that decision kills in the process, will be the "best" one for him. What better decision than to start our soldiers fighting against a country rich in oil reserves and to triple gas prices in your own country at the same time?
I'm proud to say I have never believed in, nor voted for, him.

If he has not been caught on record saying this, what makes the allegation true? Possible other countries reporting this have it taped. I didn't see it but I may have missed something.
I talk to God. It's called prayer. God's commandants told me what to do and not do. So I guess he told me in writing.Unless you don't believe in that.

Christianity is the religion of simpletons...Because...t's simple...
If you don't believe that the Christian religion is the only truth they will burn, torture, beat, or threaten you with eternal damnation until you do.
And George Bush may not proclaim that God speaks to him over there but you can tell the idiots that until your blue in the face and they won't believe it. Or they will fall down in adoration. It is hard to predict what zealots will do..
But ol Georgie boy uses his church goin' ways to keep the simpletons happy. And if Hillary is doing the same thing you are all screwed..

Perhaps, if you had a relationship with God, you might understand the meaning behind such a statement but, as you obviously don't, you obviously can't.
One shouldn't deride the beliefs of others.
Remember, God is credited with saving Hillary's marriage, too and she is, in your words, 'crazy enough' to go on record saying so.

Yea, and its been quoted that Bush has an iq of 81.
That Bush bought 80,00 acres in paraguay
That Bush had the WTC brought down.
That Bush is a personal friend of Osama bin Laden.
Why people believe all these myths, is anyones guess.

Unfortunately, not everyone is as smart as you are.. A good 30% of Americans still think he's still doing a fabulous job... go figure... Have you ever heard of the phenomenon called the 'dumbing down of America'?

Remember, you are talking about people who believe that God talks to human beings quite often, so for them to believe that Dubya was getting special messages from God is probably not too far out there for them. I think they're a Coke short of a Happy Meal, but they do believe it. And, there are some quotes to be found in our media that relate to his "God" obsession with his job:
"I feel like God wants me to run for President. I can't explain it, but I sense my country is going to need me. Something is going to happen... I know it won't be easy on me or my family, but God wants me to do it."
--George W. Bush commenting to Texas evangelist James Robinson in the run-up to his presidential campaign
"I don't think that witchcraft is a religion. I wish the military would rethink this decision." - to ABC NEWS, June 1999, regarding Ft. Hood's decision to allow Wiccan rituals
"I think people attack me because they are fearful that I will then say that you're not equally as patriotic if you're not a religious person. ... I've never said that. I've never acted like that. I think that's just the way it is." (Washington Times, 12 January 2005)
"I trust God speaks through me. Without that, I couldn't do my job."
reportedly said to a group of Old Order Amish as published by the Lancaster New Era, July 16, 2004. [89]
Then there's the famous quote that you referred to in your question:
"God told me to strike at al Qaeda and I struck them, and then he instructed me to strike at Saddam [Hussein], which I did, and now I am determined to solve the problem in the Middle East. If you help me I will act, and if not, the elections will come and I will have to focus on them."
--Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Abu Mazen quoting Bush when they met in Aqaba; reported in The Haaretz Reporter by Arnon Regular

Would you call Moses crazy?
If you believe this to be such a crazy thing, then maybe you should throw Religious Morals out the window entirely; including Adultery, Murder, Lying, etc.
Why won't you say anything about Allah telling these suicide bombers strapping explosives to their chest and running into crows of OUR soldiers.
Get your priorities straight.
