How should i dress up really great with only a white plain tee and jeans????

One word: Accessories!

You can spice up your ol' plain outfits with really bold, outstanding jewelries. Some choices can be hoops with printed designs on them, long necklaces with really cute pendants, or colorful bangles. Another way to pump it up is by wearing fun, colorful shoes. I personally love Keds flats because their prints are just original and they come in a variety of colors.

The choice is all yours and I've seen a lot of great answers on here so pick any and have fun experimenting!

Lots of options here! I'll list a few..

(Definitely add heels, high, glitzy ones)
-add a cool skinny scarf around your neck
-pile on necklaces
-wear a sweet vintage hat
-put on a few large tail rings
-add a cute cropped sleeve blazer(this works well along with the scarf)
-stack on bracelets of many different textures and colors in the same family
-layer your tee over a brightly colored, tissue thin long sleeved tee with the sleeves pushed up.
-wear a cute belt
-add big sunglasses, a nice watch, a crocodile belt, and a silky scarf

Beyond accessories, you can also play around with the type of jeans/shirt.
The jeans could be:
-skinny(gray or dark denim)
-wide legged
-extra faded
-embellished pockets
-tucked into boots

The shirt could be:
-V-necked
-scoop necked
-puffy sleeved
-long sleeved

Just experiment a little with trends and always add accessories.

Wear some ripped jeans, mostly at the knees. and for the white tee, wear a low cut white tee, that shows a lot of cleavage. Trust me hon, I'm a fashion designer. Well I am gonna be. just watch. LOL

i agree with Noel, layer it with some bright neon accessories to contrast the white tee and jeans. you could also try some metallics.

hot topic sells a lot of great neon accessories - don't be afraid to go in there haha i know a lot of people are but they're VERY nice, and forever 21 are currently selling a lot of metallic things.

1] wear a fitted white shirt, tucked in.
2] add gold or silver chain belt, or navy ribbon belt
3] wear earrings of gold or silver [ to match ], a matcing bangle, and pretty ring

[belts, purses, earrings, chunky necklaces, great shoes, etc.] if your jeans are a lighter wash, use darker color accesories, like red, deep purple, and army green. if your jeans are a darker wash, use light color accesories, like yellow, orange, baby blue, pink, and lime green. hope it helps!!
