Now they have it the cute plastic cups with foil wrappers, but back when I was in grade school, you got puddin' in a can with one of them lids like they got on SPAM.

Wow, yes, and if you forgot a spoon, you had to use the metal lid. My mom put those in my baseball game lunch box all the time. Do you remember Shake-a Pudding? You put it in a cup, add milk, snap on the lid and shake it for a minute or so.

Yeah, I remember the cans. Could be a clouded memory but I remember them tasting better then the plastic cup puddings.

I remember this, and I was in grade school as well. It was before they had the plastic cups. I think that ended in the early 90s

I'm 27 and I never heard of canned pudding. Who was the spokes person before Bill Cosby?

Yeah, I remember, they kind of look like canned ham containers.

I thought it tasted kind of slimy. So it grosses me out to eat canned pudding.

They still serve pudding from a can in school cafeterias. It's still slimy! (I'm a school teacher so I'm constantly subjected to viewing it's grossness.)

Pudding still do come in cans sometimes. At my friends' highschool, they served pudding in small pop-open metal cans a couple of months back.

I remember those! My Gramma always kept them in her cupboard for us... I remember them tasting way better than the stuff we get today. I broke the tab off every time trying to get into them and ended up having to get the can opener out.

I remember! The original Snack Packs!

Those were great, but I can see why they now put them in plastic - those lids were dangerous! (LOL)
