Take long hot baths, get up earlier in the morning, lavender also helps you to relax. I use to put some lavender bubble bath stuff in a hot tub and just hop in, lol. Drinking warm milk before bed and exercising vigorously in the afternoon helps also. I think thats about it

I don't like pills so I'll lay in bed and get to thinking about the next day and land up looking at the clock every half hour.

I'll toss and turn and worry and stay awake.

I finally give up, prop up a pillow, start watching TV and immediately fall asleep for the rest of the nite....propped up.

believe it or not but I have a blanket that I cuddle with. It helps me fall asleep!

There are some natural remedies that you could check out
Valerian, Chamomile, Passion Flower, Also there is a tea by traditional medicines called nighty nite and it works pretty well.
