If your horn also does not work, it is an item called a "clock spring" that is underneath the steering wheel cover....You will need to take it to a shop to have that replaced... Then, both the horn and cruise will be fine again.

It can be no vacuum to the solenoid, a stuck brake switch, bad cruise control switches, blown fuse, broken throttle linkage bad speedometer input to the control unit or a blown board.

check the fuse under the dash or hood where ever the fuses are located. if the fuse is not blown then it could be a electrical problem that the dodge dealer might have to fix.

Check the fuse first. If not then it could be a wiring problem. If your cruise doensn't work, its not a big deal. If you really need it, then take it to the dealer. Good Luck!
