My step-daughter thinks I am insane because I will change my undies during the day and put clean ones on before bed. Often when I go potty during the day I will change my undies if I have been sweating. She says I am nuts, I just say it makes me feel clean. Anyone else do this?

Never. I don't wear underwear. I also sleep in the buff. Kind of freaks people out when I catch a cat nap on the bus.

As I shower. Usually, once a day twice, if I am doing something that requires a lot of physical labor or, working outdoors.
