for all elections..not just presidential? I'm not sure I like pres canidates ever. But in my state, there are many libertarians surprisingly, or not surprisingly as many are from all over nation and end up here.

I just agree with the libertarian way and wish our country would change.

I'm more inline with the Republican party (but still independent), and I will be voting for Ron Paul who's a Republican that holds some libertarian views.

No way, Jose! I do agree with you about wanting our country to change. I must confess, I have no "answers", for the simple reason that everyone has "the right of free speech", but do not exercise "the right of using one's brain" in that they forget that one person's rights end when they violate another person's rights.
Rather than Libertarian (or whatever), the best would be able to vote on people and issues individually. Of course, too many people will vote for what gets them the most money.

Did it for president , in '04 & '96 . "None of the above" votes, so was actually easier knowing the candidate was going to lose . No worries about if it was the right one . Next time? Maybe .

No. because they have no organization and cannot win an election. Even if I was a strong libertarian and worked to promote their philosophy I would probably not vote for them until they had a valid plan to succeed.

I like libertarian too but I doubt it will get enough support. Republican is the next best thing with tax breaks (less financial life involvement)
