He majorly betrayed me in 1998 (not the first time) and I started my own online business and basically let him to run the wholesale side. I also started another online partnership with another company. Meanwhile--the wholesale side has shrunk to almost nothing. He refuses to call on customers, produce catalogs--the business is almost gone.
I have a serious neck injury--a week ago he told me there weren't enough orders and I would have to go on the road selling. I drew a blank. If there are no orders--what is he doing all I day? I told him to go out and call on customers and get some and grow some balls while he was at it.
The $$ situation is bad and I'm doing all I can but I'm not in the best condition with my spinal injury and constant pain.
Three days ago he told me I should get in an another accident so I can claim disability. I said how--I don't even show up as an employee in the corporation. I have no SS credits.
I want to leave so bad.

Oh honey.....you need more than that from a man. You need someone who loves you enough to take better care of you. Nobody should tell you to get hurt so that he doesn't have to work. and that is basically what he is saying. He ran your business in the ground....he isn't taking care of you....he isn't working....he isn't good for you at all....

why leave ??
this is what i mean about most people getting married.. why do it if you cant stick by your wife/husband in the bad times just like the good times
just because your business is up SH1t creek there may be some way of getting back on your feet
and now that you have noted all over the internet about going for an insurance claim, i wouldnt do that now....it may not be so successful
i think all your worried about is your injury honestly. u should check that out by a doctor and than get bak on track, as for everything else, your just going to have to suck it all in and make it through this hard time with or without ur husband...as there will probably be many more problems like this to come in life...

Well,
I suggest you focus on getting better first. Once your in the clear, do what you can do to clear your name and get out of the business, whether it has consequences or not.
I suggest if your going to do anymore online businesses, do it on your own and in your own name. If he screwed you over before, why are you putting up with it again?
Obviously your health and your finances is not important to him, especially as a husband. Take care of yourself first and get out of there? Do you really want to be married to this person. Deal with that issue once your finances/health is okay.

Sounds like he isn't a good business person and wants you to fix all the problems.
And wants you to get into another accident? Good grief....why doesn't he get off his butt and do his share instead of expecting his injured wife to do it all?
I'm sorry but he sounds like a self-centered jerk.

careful make sure he dont hurt you and ask for help from relatives I always help my mom with her stuff when she needs me my sis has a similar thing going on and I keep a close eye on her cause you never know how partners turn out to be look at the news
