I would get a job, that really helped me when I was running short on money.

Not many of us have abundant supplies of cash, we just make do with what we have and try to make a bit more besides.
You say you have no money what should you do? Hmm what are you trying to do, what is your situation, what are your skills one must know all of that before one can even attempt to answer a question such as that

Then you have nothing to loose. Everyone has got one skill that is unique in his/her context. Identify it. Use it to get started & move on. "There is always something, as long as there is a next step"
