No. It's "Neither can live while the other survives" meaning that neither of them can live a full happy life if the other one is alive. Not that Volders seems like the full happy kind of guy, but whatever. Visit mugglenet.com or read the Sparknotes for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix for more information. :)
Oh, unless you were saying your theory is that Harry will have to die to vanquish LV, which I think is a very valid possiblity (actually I hope he does have to). I know I'm evil...

What's true is that one of the two must die for the other one to live. The last line of the prophecy says "And either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives." In other words, either must follow the prophecy to the letter and directly kill the other one (Voldemort will most likely go this route) or they must redirect the means of death the other sends their way. Dumbledore did say that Harry can choose to follow the prophecy or to do whatever he wishes. So Harry could find another way to kill Voldemort without him actually pulling the trigger, so to speak.
One thing I've theorized is that Harry somehow finds a way to strengthen the shield charm so that it not only deflects the Avada Kedavra curse but also reflects it back at Voldemort. That way Voldemort actually kills himself, but Harry could still carry out the prophecy because he reflected the curse back at Voldemort. He cast the shield charm by his own hand, and thusly by his own hand a curse that was meant for him instead strikes it's caster.

That's one of jillions of theories.
If I'm not mistaken, a lot of people who feel that's what will happen believe Harry is the last Horcrux, the objects Voldemort used to put part of his soul into. As long as a Horcrux survives, so will Voldemort.
In order to create a Horcrux, Voldemort had to kill someone. The theory goes that Harry was made into a Horcrux, probably on James's death (Voldemort had no real intention to kill Lily). That's why a part of Voldemort was passed to him. That "part" was 1/7 of his soul.
The most common ending to this theory actually involves Neville. Harry will realize what he is, and that there is no way Voldemort will be forever destroyed if Harry, a living breathing Horcrux, is walking around. Harry allows himself to be killed, destroying the final Horcrux and leaving things open for Neville to kill Voldemort. Turns out, the prophesy was for BOTH of them.
I've also heard a theory that the "neither can live while the other survives" line in the prophesy is not speaking about "the chosen one" (Harry) and Voldemort. It speaks about Neville and Harry. Neville (and the rest of the country) are in danger for as long as Harry survives, because that means Voldemort survives. If Harry dies, so does Voldemort, and everyone else survives. This theory, in my opinion, is taking things too far.
It's just a theory, though. There's no way to know yet who will survive, except that I do not believe Voldemort will. However, there's no guarantee Harry will live.

I think Harry's a horcrux meaning he would have to kill Voldemort first and then to fully vanquish Voldemort for good he would have to kill himself or find another way to die.

Nope, just one of them can survive while the other lives, and one must kill the other somehow. That leaves a lot of wiggle room.
"The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches... born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies... and the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not... and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives... the one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies..."

No... not as far as I can tell. The books only say that neither can live while the other survives, meaning that one of them has to die, but not necessarily both. But, it will be impossible to know the final outcome until the book comes out.

Well until the book hits the shelves only a handful of people know the answer to that one, and both of us are off that list. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
