If there is electric to that area it can be done.
There is a template that shows you where to drill holes in the cabinet over the stove. Including 1 hole for the electrical plug.
Then you put a bracket on the wall, push the cord up into the cabinet.
Then you hook the rear of the microwave into the bracket & lift the front up till it touches the cabinet.
Put the screw through the holes in to the micro wave & tighten.
All in place? Then plug it in & see if it works.
This job works best if there are two people.
No upper cabinet? You will need a different bracket then.

Yes, if it is one made for above the range use. It will need a vent and fan. I had one and forgot to turn the fan on when using the oven and it messed up the microwave. Repairman told me to always run the fan when the oven was on.

yes , but its a good idea that the microwave has a vent with ducting that goes outside. we have a gas oven and cooktop and we have a microwave above it that vents out.

Yes you can. The bottom of it needs to be around 13-14 inches above the stove top.

Cleaned display homes for years; they always had the MW over the stove., so I guess there isn*t any problem.
