did any of the japanese americans who were wrongly imprisoned during WW2 leave and go back to Japan afterwards

I am not sure, however many Japanese Americans were known for their bravery in combat when serving over seas for us. I believe it was a major disgrace to have this double standard. To reward and rely on one for combat and imprison their families at home.

Maybe some but probably not many because by the time the war was over their wasn't much in japan because the US bombed the heck out of it
