im sorry about your friend! He's in a better place now. C:
Eh, there's lots of people like that. Sometimes its just a busy day, they never have time. That's the thing about reality these days, we get side-tracked..We go to do one thing, and never get to it because something else always manages to pop up.
I might be a little pissed off, and tell them to get their act together and start planning and being more responsible in order to keep track of things. And to rather not say they're going to do, get or act on anything until they're sure of it. Its not right to lead people on; but I guess its just a matter of your busy schedule, how motivated or lazy you are. It might just be to show off, who knows!
take care hun!
xx

Ugh. I call them the "Do Nothings" and they wreck my nerves. I do not have that as an option. I have kids, a house to run, older relatives to look after, a job to do, and a life of my own. I have no time or sympathy for the Do Nothings.

I have a cousin like that. He's just a big bag of hot air. Nobody pays him any attention.

Exactly like my mom. Always says she's going to do this and going to do that, but she never does anything.
I feel bad for her =(.
