She is absolutely clueless.....
I have a very irritating realtor, asks about 3 times a day if I'm okay, when she is doing an open house for the sale of my home acts really dumb, I honestly think she does it to irritate me, young, russian girl, she also has the worst manners, is extremely unprofessional, annoying & disrespectful, what would you do? She speaks to me as if I was one of her friends or as if I had been born yesterday, I finally put her in her place today, but I'm afraid I won't be able to put up with it, I want to call her boss & tell him to send me someone else or else I will terminate everything, (this girl's got so much nerve) what are the implications?
If you are a realtor do not insult or I will report!
Thanks.

You might be better off getting another agent from the same company. The reason for this is the listing agreement you signed. No other real estate company would take it, because they would have to compensate her broker if they sold they sold the house on the remaining time of the agreement. If you sold it by owner you would more than likely would have to compensate the broker as well. You'll just have to look at your contract or take it to a real estate lawyer or get a knowledgeable and honest real estate agent to look at it. They are out there you just have to keep interviewing agents till you find one

Dear absolutely clueless.....
Just because someone passes a real estate exam does not make them a good agent, in most cases, when you first get your license, you just begin to start learning so maybe she is new but if not, maybe she just isn't a competent person. Agents work for a broker and the broker is liable and responsible for their agents . But maybe this agent is knowledgeable but remember we are in a fairly bad market depending on what state you live in and how bad the economy is in your state. Most agents that list houses don't normally sell them but they are sold by other agents in the multiple listing system where your house gets the most exposure. The best a listing agent can normally do is advertising, exposure, open houses, ads, etc.. and of course presenting all offers and handling the conditions needed in order to close on any accepted offers. So take a look at all areas before making a decision but if you can't live with her, contact the broker and I'm sure they would be more than happy to supply another agent or work with you directly especially since all listings are the propery and oversight of the broker. Good luck

If she is truly that irritating to you, speak to her managing broker and ask to have another agent in the firm assigned to your contract.

I suspect if she's actually this bad, this is not the first request the managing broker has received.

Just take steps to cut the contract already! Contact her principal broker, line out your problems and cut the cord.

You can fire a realtor, I've done it. I had to write a letter explaining why and that's it. If you are not happy with her fire her and I would hire one from a totally different company. You are in charge!

This woman is your employee. You have the right to replace her at any time. She's not giving you the service that she's getting paid for.
