I have a baby sister and i don't know what to call it

you can call the baby what ever name you like if you have trouble calling the babys name you can always ask other peopele but if they can't think of anny thing you can all ways call the names of your family

Call the baby what comes natuarally to you.
Sissy (sister)
Baby
Sis
her real name
her nickname (if she has one yet)
...
the list could go on and on.

Edit: as for the 'it' that so many members abhor, the English language does not have masculine and feminine names (as does just about every other language)... however I agree that with a baby it should be 'her' if you know it is a her and 'him' if you know it's a him.
If one was having a baby and didn't know the sex... it's an it. Not out of disrespect but out of there is no it/masculine or it/feminine.

I'm sure if you already have this baby sister, your mom has a name for HER. Or she will before SHE is born.
A name is a very personal decision that should be based on the parents' tastes, as well as the meaning of the name, including any literal definition or sentimental value (such as it was the grandmother's middle name, etc).

Well "it" is your sister so try calling her your sister or the name she was assigned by your parents.
