How do you get something taken off your MVR that shouldnt have been on there?

Went to renew our semi insurance found out that something was on there that wasnt suppose to be. Insurance is going to cancel us. No fault of ours. Its been there for a year and we didnt know.

Start with either the top or bottom of motor vehicle record keeping - in Texas the top would probably be Department of Public Safety and bottom would be the county. Start by asking what you asked here and keep a record of who you talked to and how to reach back to them if you need to.
