Yes, the Marriott Grande Vista does have a basketball court -- I called the hotel for you to check.
As for reviews, have you tried going to IgoUgo.com? I found three candid reviews on the Marriott Grande Vista -- and they were all very favorable! It was described as "comfortable," "quiet," and "beautiful," with "great pools" and "numerous onsite activities". Here you are -- you can read them yourself!

I have stayed at Marriott Grande Vista before. It is a very nice property. I did not notice a basketball court while I was there. There IS a nice pool, a restaurant, a store, and a bar there.

sure- it particularly is a amazing motel. Very great, linked to the Faldo golf Institute- yet no longer a lot to do on materials at night. a great number of stuff to do for the time of the day- the swimming pools get very crowded nonetheless so bypass early! respectable nutrition on the Copa on the secdond pool and a amazing Lighthouse bar on the main substantial pool. have relaxing!
