In XP go to start task bar and click then to control panel and click then Add/Remove hardware and click and follow directions for installing hardware. This are instructions for when windows does not add hardware at start up. Of course make sure computer is off before connecting hardware. Once connected turn computer on and windows will ask for driver if it recognizes new hardware was added.

Hi. Load the driver first (from the manufacturers website). The plug in the USB connection. If you are running Vista some cameras will not work. If XP then this should work.
