It'll be 50/50 in any circumstance...and the chances of someone getting married are around 90%

I think the divorce rate is about 50% now, and that for people who do not use random selection. With random selection, no regard for compatibility issues considered, I suspect that the divorce rate would be even higher.

I think it's much higher than that! More like 3 out of 5 marriages end in divorce and that might even be higher if it weren't for kids or other issues factoring into the picture.

Which means:

You've got a 50/50 chance to find a life long companion.

I'd bet a lot on those odds, it that's what I wanted.

Of course, I'd hedge my bet by being very selective in my choices.

That may be true odds. But the chances are 80/20 that you will be robbed and/or assaulted, then robbed by that street person after taking all of your personal effects and the wedding gifts.

I wouldn't marry someone off of the streets, they generally are not very good at providing for a family...

its still 50/50
