Go to your local luggage store and buy an adapter kit. They cover all types of plugs and are inexpensive. Check the power converters on your appliances. They will say on the converter if they adapt to different voltages. good luck

Hi there, Most electronic appliances made nowadays don't need voltage converters (aka transformers), so you won't need to lug anything like that with you to Europe. Please check the label of the appliance's charger to be sure, where you should see a range of values shown as "100-240 V" (the numbers can fall anywhere in between those, mind you and that won't be a problem) However, plugs do vary from place to place, so you will need a plug adapter for your devices. I suggest an all-in-one adapter, like the one shown in the photo in sources, which is small and lightweight, as well as being useful for future travels to other parts of the world. You can find this kind of adapter in the travel sections of most big stores. Hope this helped, JPJ

The adaptor kits will have all of the different adaptors for europe, HOWEVER, just a bit of warning. I had one of those purchased from Walmart - had the little converter along with several different adaptors depending on where you were and I used it in France. Used it for my flat iron. I not only fried my hair but destroyed the iron as well. Curling and flat irons just put out too much heat for those little converters to handle. Your best bet is to look at your appliance and see if it's already capable of handling 220v. It will read something like 105v - 230v. If it's not, it will only read 110v. If it will, then all you need is the adaptor. My recommendation, only bring those appliances that are already 220v capable. Why risk destroying something.
