Well, the military victory was quick and amazingly easy. We defeated the Iraqi army and destroyed it. Now we're trying to police the chaos in the aftermath. We have only two options and I think we've picked the hardest one.

1. Just leave, bomb the training camps, and supply points, and hideouts for the terrorist in Pakistan, Syria, and Iran on our way out. A war would soon break out involving, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Turkey. We could just stand back and let them have at it. Some analyst say the death toll could reach 100 million. Of course that's not Americans just Iranians, Iraqis, Turks, Afghan's, Syrians, etc.

2. Try to support the Iraqi government and let them get on their feet. While at the same time discouraging the Saudis, Iranians, Syrians, and Turk's from meddling. While at the same time Killing off Taliban fighters in Afghanistan yet not disrupting their bases in Pakistan or Iran.

A triumphal victory is always better than defeat.

However, since our enemies are comprised of hundreds of groups scattered around the world, there is no possible way we're ever going to eliminate all of them.

Attacking a concept is like trying to get cats to push water uphill. It does nothing but create a comic display of ineptitude and waste everyone's time.

Leave/triumphant--for the American people. For wealthy corporate cronies like you, Aunt acid; I'm afraid you'd have to deal with not being able to make a 100% profit "killing" off our tax dollars anymore. You'll live.

Winning is ALWAYS better than losing. In this case losing would be disastrous for all civilization.
