The father and step mother of her son, who actually raised him stated in an interview that he would not approve of how she is using his death for political points. She has given up custody of her other child. She was photographed with Hugo Chavez at a Socialist Forum in Venezuela. You decide. It took her months to find the time to have a marker placed on her son's grave even when the U.S. Government paid for it.

Maybe not a hero but smarter than most people because she finally woke up to the fact that Republicans and Democrats alike are war monger pieces of filth that continue to stab regular Americans over and over. She realized that after the we voted in the Democrat that supposedly had a mandate to end the war. She didn't like them running game on us and she's taking a stand. She may not be a hero but she is a patriot for sure.

No, she is a mom who was destroyed by the death of a son in a war. I feel bad for her in that regard. But her actions since have been sad and a joke. I think she has done more damage to her sons memory than she could imagine. She not only lost a son, but she lost a family. And the loss of her family was her fault, she can't blame that on Bush. It is a shame.

She is a mother who suffered a loss and, in my opinion, has addled her thinking. She was a protester in the 60s and I think she is looking for solace in her youth. She was used as a tool by the left (they are the true a**holes) and now she has been abandoned.
No, she is not a hero but a victim twice over.

People may say she is a nut, but I am not sure how sane I would be if I had a son and he was killed. Her son served this country. This gives her in my opinion more of a right to speak out against the war than most.

No, but her son Casey is. She's just a communist tool. She's used by the "World Can't Wait" organization, which is a front for the Revolutionary Communist Party, and has visited Hugo Chavez & Fidel Castro, both of whom are communists.

I think that anyone willing to stand up against their government for a cause they believe in is admirable, and well within their rights! But a hero? Not really.

Cindy Sheehan is a psychological train wreck that was hijacked and exploited by the left for all she was worth.
