My wife does the majority of the cooking. I run the grill outside. (We do use the grill all year, It drives the neighbors crazy that I will grill in a snowstorm, but that is a different subject.)

She also does 99.9% of the grocery shopping!

I do other stuff, like keeping the cars and house maintained while working an average of 70 hours a week.

It works for us!!

My wife does most of the cooking as she is one of the best cooks anywhere. Although I will cook for her when ever she isn't feeling well or busy. Allot of times I will do it as a surprise for her. On average I will cook probably 10-12 times a month.

Me. She works full time and I'm medically retired. I took over the cooking just before our second anniversary when I had to retire, became a stay-at-home dad and minded the kids while she attended college in the evening to get her degree in business. That was seventeen years ago. I still cook, she still works, my kids are all grown and on their own (I was divorced with four kids) and so are hers (she was divorced with two kids) And I'm a darn good cook, if I do say so myself!

I do all of the cooking. Except for a frozen pizza now and then.
And my husband was a cook in the army...yet he tells me that he doesn't know how to cook.
He says he was used to cooking for hundreds of men..not 2 people.

My husband is an OTR trucker, so I cook at home, when he is home, he will help out in the kitchen or grill out.
