A lot will depend on WHERE you will live.
City center is usualy (much) more expensive than outside.
If you want a place within public transport reach of the cities, think about rent for a decent place between 600 and 800 EURO.
Sometimes this includes utilities, but more often than not you face those separately, normal use between 90 and 150 a month.
Transport would be hard to tell.
I do not know where you want to live, and where you want to work. Gasoline is currrently about 1.50 EURO a liter.
Groceries are also variable, but generally you should be able to manage between 50 and 75 a week - and that is taking it really large - as i myself do with about 35 a week. But i`m alone, so that is somewhat different. You also have a baby, so that adds a bit.
btw - for us, it is common that travel expenses are reimbursed by the employer - so that is most likely not something you need to reckon with.
Any more questions - just ask,.

This information can be found at the CBS. Figures par household (2,3 person):
total expenditure: 24.743 a year
food 2.489
housing 8.508
education, recreation and traffic 8118
The money students can get for their expenses when they live in another city than their parents is 796 euro a month. So people think they can live from this amount of money. Of course this is not much and it is very difficult to find cheap housing.
An average apartment cost about 300 - 600 euro a month. In the big cities you can find an apartment (three - 5 rooms) for that money, in small villages you might find a house (three to 5 rooms). But their are long waiting lists. Many people pay more. Students would rent a student apartment, or rent a flat with others.
the costs for energy of an average household in an apartment are 72 euro a month.
the costs for a phone are 15 - 25 euro a months
the costs for drinking water are about 150 a year per household.
