Ok I cant tell you Details about Why because it is still being prosecuted, but every time when i talk on my house phone i hear a beep every now and then, like if someone is recording the conversation.

And I had no Cieling Fan installed in my lving room and it has some kind of metal plate covering it with 2 screws and next to one screw it looks like somebody came into my house and drilled a Peak hole for a secret camera, Is my house wired or is somebody spying on me?

In the old days telephones were set up to give a soft beep every 5 seconds when a recording devise was being used. It is almost inaudible unless the conversation has many pauses. With the advances in phones and recordings these days, I would doubt it does that anymore.
As to the camera in the ceiling fan, I'd climb up there and put a piece of tape over it and see what happens then.

Hope this helps.

The notion that if your phone is bugged, you will hear beeps is so old! Now days you would have no idea that your phone was bugged. It is not done from your phone line, but it's done at the CO. Isn't technology great! As for the two holes with a metal plate, maybe that is for satelliate TV or cable. I think that you are a bit too paranoid. If you think that those holes are spying on you, just cover them up with a piece of electrical tape. Problem solved!

assess your court issue and think if it is actually financially worth spending the money to wire your activity. if it is...take the ceiling plate down yourself and look at it...they can get a court order but it's still your house and legal right to look at the ceiling yourself. when did it appear there? before or after you moved in? could it have been there the whole time you've lived there but you've never noticed it until now? identify all possibilities. if you think your phone is wired then don't talk about incriminating things. the beeps, though, are more likely to be a variety of other things coming from either end of the conversation, the connection itself, or (as poster above said) someone's call waiting. the alerts for c.w. vary widely by service, on my cell (when i'm in call) my volume mutes for a second, making no tone, but when i'm calling someone else, i can tell if i'm on their call waiting (they're already in call w/someone) by hearing a beep tone and the end of each ring. that beep your hearing could be on either end and could even be the c.w. for the person to whom you're talking. calm down and take a legally or wisely acquired valium and keep your mouth closed if you're worried.

When I hear I beep like that I realize it is call-waiting telling me someone else is trying to reach me or some other problem on my line.

If you are really worried you can buy a bug detector at those spy-ware shops. It will beep in the presence of transmitters.

If you don't find anything but are still worried contact your health professional to ask about calming pills like Prozac.

the "14" means 14 gauge AMG (American cord Guage). it particularly is produced from copper and has a optimum secure potential of 15 amps. it may likely cope with hundreds of volts nonetheless. The "2" is the form of "conductor" wires contemporary. In an AC (Alternating contemporary) equipment (which your place is) the white is the "impartial" and the colour (often black) is the "warm". there is usually a "floor" cord. The "floor" cord would be bare copper or have a eco-friendly coating. "domicile wiring" probably means some variety of unshielded, double insulated cord like Romex (referred to as Lumex or NMD in Canada). this suggests that one and all 3 wires would be interior a single vinyl/poly plastic coating. as quickly as upon a time, that form of wiring grow to be obtainable in Aluminum besides, yet, Aluminum must be larger that copper to hold the comparable volume of load, so, "14/2" in Aluminum may be in basic terms approximately ineffective for domicile wiring, so i will quite a lot assure your "14/2" is copper.
