You can't.

You might look at the agency in Illinois that licenses doctors and hospitals, and perhaps the information would be obtainable under a Freedom of Information request ...however, one caution: a malpractice case filed against a doctor might not also include as a defendant a hospital.

doubt anywhere. What do you want to gain from it? hospitals aren't normally the subject of malpractice suits or should i say the correct target of malpractice suits.

You can't without paying big bucks for it. Findlaw.com is a possibility, but it isn't very good.
