"Literature of the American Indian" is a text I used for a class. It's possibly still in print or your Library may be able to get it for you. Library of Congress number: 72-89050.
It is full of both transcripts of oral and written religious ritual and myths of Native American Nations.

There are plenty of books on the subject. Browse the internet, but be careful of your resources. Anyone can make anything up on the internet. Encyclopedias are a good place to look, and I've actually found some books on the subject while in stores owned by Native Americans.
If you'd like fictional stories that are fairly accurate in their representation on Native American beliefs, the "People of the..." series by W. Michael Gear and Kathleen O'Neal Gear.

There's a very good book and you can probably get it at your local library. It's called "American Indian Myths and Legends"; selected and edited by Richard Erdoes and Alfonso Ortiz.
Check it out! It has myths from most of the tribes.

books, online are just regurgitated CRAP and sometimes outright LIES.
You want the REALLY REAL thing, gas up an hit up your closest reservation. Make a day trip out of it. There are Elders out there just itching to tell somebody a story. It's not like they don't have the time, they're Elders.
