No and if you break ANY of the college program rules you will promptly be packed up and sent home. On the bright side.. you will be too busy making out and getting drunk to miss your pet.

I live about eight miles off Disney property (by Animal Kingdom) in an apartment complex that allows pets. The complex is called Cagan Crossings.
I know the CP apartments suck and are still pretty expensive. The developement I live in has two sections, one is income restricted and one isn't. The income restricted area has studios for less than $500 a month (I think... don't quote me) and the non-income restricted has ine bedrooms for just under $700 a month. Your best bet would be to find a roomie.
The apartment complexes down here will not let you lease an apartment for less than seven months, so if you are not planning on staying that long, you might as well stick with Chatam or Vista Way. Six kids in a three bedroom apartment... what's better than that? If you find another person to room with, you could get a two bedroom here for about $850 a month, $425 each, and I hear that the CP apartments are like almost $350 a month....
Anyway, the complex's web addy is www.cagancrossings.com. The place is not perfect, but we've lived here for about a year and I've seen much worse. They also offer small discounts to Disney Cast. The pet fee is low for the area, a one time fee of $250, but nothing over 25 pounds. Contact me through Yahoo! Answers if you have any questions.

There is a Disney college program (to help my fellow answerer). No, sorry none of the Disney apartments allow pets, and I'm pretty sure none of the local apartments do either, and if they do you will have to pay a HUGE pet fee. Look into some houses to rent with roommates. You can check on craigslist, and/or disney classifieds when you get here. Good luck!

Unfortunately, the Disney Apartments do not allow for any type of pet but you may be able to find apartments closeby that do. Try looking on craigslist.com for information. Pet deposits for rentals can range anywhere from monthly fee of $50-200 additional to a one time deposit (any amount up to the amount of monthly rent).
