Hello! I am 11 days late and hoping I'm pregnant. Here we go, I had my period last June 7. I am pretty regular
(28 day cycle), I ovulated in June a little later than normal (June 28). I am now 11 days late! The most I have ever been late is 2 days (with the exception of our 1st child). I have a bunch of symptoms-bloating, light adominal pain, excessive gas, tender breasts, dark blue veins in breasts, BUT negative HPT tests? Is it too early to be testing?

If you ovulate late, your period will automatically be late too. You get your period about 14 days after ovulation. So if you ovulated around June 28, your period would be due right now. How long ago was your last test? If it was before Friday, it might have been too soon. Test again on Monday, using first morning urine. If it comes out negative again, wait until the end of the week and test again. If still no period by Friday, go in for a blood test.

No..it's not too early to test if you're using a test designed to be accurate after only a few days. Try First Response. I used that one with all three pregnancies and within 4 days of missing my period.
Please don't go by the "symptoms". These can also be signs of an impending period. I had none of these symptoms and was pg all three times.

According to most HPT, you can get great results with them less than one day after missing your period. My girlfriend and I have used them many times and they have never faltered. I would say, from my experience, that you are not pregnant.
However, I would also say that the only way to be for sure would be to get a blood test. It is unusual for you to have all of those strange symptoms and still test positive, I wold see your gyno as soon as possible!

Well I took a box of 3 home test and they all came out +. Then I went to the doctors office and there test came out -. They even did a blood test and it came out -. Went home and bought more test and waited half of a week and took them and had a friend take them with me, and they still came out +. Went back to the doctor and there test came back +.
I now am a firm believer in First Response. You can take that up to 5 days before your missed period. You might want to try them and then contact your doctor. You could be getting false -.

Not too early...if yau purchased a reliable test. I tested when I was one day late...just had a feeling. That test came out pos.
I would go see an Ob though.

I would go get a blood test. I did not show up pregnant on home pregnancy tests and cried because I thought I wasn't pregnant, but I really was!!

well i think the best thing to do is to go to yourogyn andtake the test because i think you are.
