Pixel Shaders?

i bought the pc game black and white 2, and when i push play, it says i need pixel shader 1.1 or better. where can i get this?

It looks like you have a very outdated PC or graphics card. Most of the graphics card now are on Shader 2.0 or 3.0 and you do not even have support for 1.1. Just buy and install a new graphics card.

it means u need a dedicated graphics card. such as these:
