i guess that would depend on what your trying to treat, anything with copper or adding salt wont do, but with my fish store i have found that if your treating for something simple like ick than you can use quick cure, at half dosage which is nothing more than methaylane blue and some other medications have malachite green, both used at half the recommended dosage, like how you would use it with scale-less fish i.e. tetras, arrowanas, cats, and eels. this should work well for you

Depends on what you are treating to be honest. Antibiotics will rarely cause any harm to snails, while all worthwhile ich medications or other parasite medications will usually prove fatal to snails.

Don't use chemicals, get a small botia loach. Loaches love to eat snails.
