Interesting argument but the courts have rejected it over and over.

The they continue to do so with the Patriot Act! The sad thing is that conservatives see it as a small price to pay for American well-being. Besides the patriot act, there's that backdoor draft. The constitution is the reason this country is the most loved and also the most hated. By the rate we're going, the conservatives are gonna be able to whipe their as* with it! The United States government is "for the people and by the people", and WE should take it back!

No they don't look to be violating any ones loose speech. a million)this could be a private organisation owned with the help of Yahoo. They set up the regulations and individuals who use this internet site are travellers of Yahoo to take area in this internet site. working example: in case you have been in my domicile and that i asked you to not do some thing offensive in front of my spouse and little ones. yet yet you probably did...i will get rid of you from my domicile. it somewhat is relatively an identical theory. 2) loose speech became primary so as that the government ought to not repress our freedom to declare what we sense or have faith in. And this became between the government and its electorate. so some distance as all of us understand Yahoo isn't affiliated with the U. S. government, so returned they don't look to be violating everyone's freedoms. 3) Yahoo's regulations are very sparkling as to what's allowable and what isn't. i've got faith that the quantity of court circumstances made a pair of person to Yahoo additionally impacts in spite of if or not they get the boot.

People who confuse the Constitution with the Declaration of Independence DESERVE to have their rights taken away from them.
Here is the first paragraph of the Constitution, verbatim:
"We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
Now, where does it say anything about the draft or "our three inalienable rights"? Hmm? Asker?

They never even think that it was acceptable to violate anybodies right, they just need to do something for their own purposes and take concrete measures to make it done! If they have to walk on somebody`s body to do it, then they will do it! There is no ethics when it comes to group interests, the stronger imposed its view and its rules on the weaker... And in time of crisis, westerns society are used to keep quiet and let the rulers do whatever they want, as a sacrifice to prevail.

Actually, the three inalienable rights of "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" are in the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution. The Declaration of Independence has no force of law.

The Constitution, or any governmental document-entity in history in that regard, isn't valuable enough to use as toilet tissue.
Quite simply, the empowered governments are no more entitled to cater to the needs of its people than a farmer to his cattle. Politics and finance go hand-in-hand(and they always have)--those with money have the power. As long as people think that their opinion(voiced formally or otherwise) means something, as long as the people think they have some measure of control, they'll remain docile, just like cattle. Because, that's what people are in the eyes of the government--financial cattle that are expendable as hell.
Government bodies get their hands dirty in all sorts financial naughty business, working to manipulate economic affairs in the favor of themselves and their associates. As long as politically weak nations remain in a subservient positioned to be raped, world powers will remain in power: the rich can only remain rich if the poor, the fodder of society, remain poor and powerless.
This is more of a of a "realized reality" than an opinion or weak theory. If you need "proof" of the nature of things, take a good and accurate look at history and the role of the empowered government. Citizens are rarely, if ever, in a real position to influence dynamic affairs. Think about it: who determines things? Political leaders and entities. Who decides if these decisions go into effect? Additional corrupt politicians who work in favor of those they represent--petrochemical corporations and such.

Acceptable = able to be accepted.
We have accepted the violations of our rights. We have allowed them to happen, in small increments and giant swoops.
We have surrendered our freedoms and our liberties by refusing to fight for them, and refusing to send a clear message to politicians that we have had enough.
We only have those rights we choose to defend.
Having not chosen to defend out rights, they were taken away without complaint and barely without comment.
Why shouldn't the govt think that is acceptable to us?
We've never told them otherwise.

Your rights can be taken away...but only by due process of law. The fact that the draft is authorized by your Congress gives you the due process you deserve. That same due process lets the state incarcerate criminals.
