I noticed in some states, the people are really slow, and in some states the people are really educated? And it's not me, becaue I have a bachelor's degree with honors. What's the deal?

It 's probably just a coincidence that you've met mostly "slow" people in some states and smarter people in other states. You can't judge a state's overall level of intelligence by just a few people.

In some states they let you marry your cousins. You do the math, Mister Bachelor Degree.

yes I believe it does Minnesota is the smartest but there seems to be a lot of dummy pollution here, and the Deep South is the not smartest. As for the rest, I don't know but I'm guessing the New England area is smarter.

No, it varies from mind to mind because my intelligence quotient (IQ) doesn't change based on the state I am located in.

Maybe because like in some countries, they're slower than us because they have other stuff to deal with like food and don't have time for education
