Why should you start? Well, gymnastics is the best! It is so great! I did gymnastics for 10 years, and I love it!

If you start learning these things on your own, and you want to learn more then I think you should take lessons or join a team.

The things that you want to learn require MANY basic skills. I really suggest joining gymnastics lessons that will teach you and work you up to the skills you want to learn, but I started gymnastics when I was 4 and I didnt learn a backwalkover till I was about 7 or 8, so it takes time!!!!!

A CARTWHEEL is the easiest of those 3 tricks that you listed, so I will give you some pointers on that.

-First you start with your arms up and your "good" foot in front of your bad foot. Your good foot is just your preference.
-Start heading towards the ground, put the hand on the side of your good foot on the ground, and lift your back (bad) foot of the ground.
-Keep going, and put both hands on the ground and lift both feet.
-Kick your legs over your body. You should end up with your "bad" foot in front (the opposite in which you started)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A ROUNDOFF is just a cartwheel, but you go a little faster and you end put both feet on the ground at the same time, instead of one and then the other. You may want to get a running start to do this.
A BACKWALKOVER takes a lot of time. You want to learn a few things before you can do this.
-You want to learn a BRIDGE first. This is just when you are bent over upside down with your feet and hands on the ground.
-Once you can do the bridge, you want to be able to kick over from the bridge. Rock back and forth a few times, then kick your feet over. This will take practice, it all will.
-Once you can rock and kick over, you need to be able to kick over without rocking.
-Ok the last step is the actual BACKWALOVER!!!! Stand kind of like you did for a cartwheel, good foot in front. Keep your arms straight and strong! Don't bend them! Start going backwards and put your hands on the ground, and kick over all in one motion. It should be like a bridge, then kickover it should be smooth and flow together. But this will take a lot of practice!!!
Ok, I know that was like the longest answer ever, but I hope that if you read it, it helped.
Practice a LOT! I mean a lot, but soon enough the moves will come together and start to look like tricks.
Stick with it, I hope you join a gymnastics class if you like this! Bye! :)
Get you a few peers. Have amusing. You handiest have one threat at top institution, revel in it even as you'll be able to. When I was once in top institution, I was once a wallflower. Now I seem again and remorse it. Wished I had made extra peers, had extra amusing, participated in additional stuff. There is not anything I can do approximately it now, however you're simply opening. Don't make the equal errors that I did. By the best way, do not forget to preserve your grades up within the method. The paintings isn't difficult in any respect.
Gymnastics is a wonderful sport. I have two children enrolled in classes myself. I would suggest that you take them too, as it is too easy to train yourself incorrectly, and sometimes you can put yourself at risk trying to learn certain things.
If you want to start getting in shape, stretching is crucial so try these exercises: http://www.geocities.com/aescougarcheer/basics.htm
