Hi Lezac 1024,

Hi my name is George, I work for a immigration firm in Canada. Unfortunately, if you are not on the visa waiver program, which judging from your question you are not, then you need a visa. To check which countries are listed on the VWP visit: http://www.immigroup.com/us_visa/Visa_Exempt.php

Even if you are just staying in the airport for 20 minutes, you need a visa. Two things I advise is to choose a direct flight to your destination or apply for a US visa (July 17, 2007). Regular appointments are released in Toronto for the final week of August, first week of September. You could get lucky and find something earlier. That would take lots of time and a bucket full of patience.

If you have any further questions or wish to have us help you out please visit our website at http://www.immigroup.com/us_visa.php or call us at 1-866-760-2623.

If you wish to find more about this, check out the State Department's website at http://www.state.gov

Best of luck,
George
